• All prices are in Indian Rupees (₹) and include 18% GST.
• A flat ₹200 delivery charge is added to every order.
• Products marked "Out of Stock" cannot be ordered online; please send an enquiry for price and availability.
• Product photographs are indicative. Specifications and prices may change without prior notice.
• If a product is mispriced or goes out of stock after you order, we will inform you and refund the amount in full.

• An order is confirmed only after the full amount is successfully received through our payment gateway.
• Payments are processed on secure, PCI-DSS compliant gateway servers. We never see or store your card, UPI or net banking details.
• We may cancel and refund an order if the details are incomplete, the delivery address is unserviceable, or the order appears fraudulent.

• Goods are dispatched within 48 hours of confirmed payment (working days).
• Delivery normally takes 3–7 working days depending on your location and the transporter.
• The transport or courier receipt is shared with you on your registered mobile number after dispatch.
• Delays caused by the courier, weather, strikes or other events beyond our control are not our liability.

Cancellations, returns and refunds are governed by our Return & Refund Policy, which forms part of these terms.

• Products carry the manufacturer's standard warranty against manufacturing defects only.
• Warranty does not cover normal wear, consumables, misuse, overload, incorrect voltage or unauthorised repair.
• Power tools must be used with proper safety equipment and as per the manufacturer's instructions. Saifee International is not liable for injury or loss arising from improper use.

We collect your name, mobile number, email and address only to process, deliver and support your order. We do not sell your details. Information is shared only with our courier partners and payment gateway as needed to complete your order.

The ZOMAK name, logos, photographs and content on this website belong to Saifee International and its brand partners and may not be copied or reused without written permission.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Rajkot, Gujarat.
